Executive Bookkeeping Financial Services, LLC was established in December 2005 and is based in Fort Washington, Maryland. EBFS is a small woman owned company, minority owned and Veteran owned business with more than 20 years of extensive knowledge and comprehensive experience in budget formulation, presentation, execution, accounting, procurement and contracting in the Federal Government. The company experiences resultant from assignments at Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Information System Agency, General Services Administration and Department of Defense Bases.
Executive Bookkeeping Financial Services, LLC DBA EBFS is a premier provider of accounting and financial management services. Our services include budget formulation, execution, and accounting with an emphasis on procurement and contracting for the Federal Government. We provide support in the review and consolidate detailed of program/budget estimates and justification data for all major appropriations and programs. Assist in the execution of the Agency’s Five Year Defense Plan (FYDP) programs. Provide financial oversight and guidance for General Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP) and Joint Military Intelligence Program (JMIP) resources. Support budget data calls to the Directorate and Program Managers for implementation of policies, procedures, and instructions by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) concerning the presentation of financial and budget programs. EBFS review budget controls and provide support to budget exhibits for the Budget Estimate Submission and President Budget submission and will advise management on accounting reports and any deviations in plans. We also determine financial trends, inefficiency in operations cost of programs, and future financial projections. Assess and improve financial reporting and analysis, business practices to make sure they are in compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the program. Access financial statement, performance, and independent assessment of audited entities are in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. Review organization and program performance to identify areas of deficiency that needs improvement.

The management team has been a part of the civilian and /or military environment for more than twenty-five years. The management team understands government requirements that cut across the Federal spectrum. This includes operational and headquarters environments. EBFS leverage this knowledge as part of its unique intellectual property and have created a unique business process which is a custom build for Federal accounting needs.
EBFSs’ management team will invest personal time to insure the proper budget controls are in place, enforced, and monitored to make sure we keep the budget within scope of the project.
